National Executive Sponsor

The Executive sponsor of CAF produced AIRSHOs contracts for second position billing, after the title sponsor, name and date of the airshow. For example: FINA PRESENTS - CAF AIRSHO/TRADESHO 2006. Thanks to our Executive Sponsors, Charles Schwab and Reliant Energy.

Executive sponsors of CAF produced AIRSHO’s contracts for broad exposure to attendance in selected shows. This might include one or more CAF produced shows. Executive sponsors’ strengthen the financial foundation of the CAF, ensuring that organizational, operational and administrative goals are met, without interruption. Executive sponsors may choose to extend their reach into other CAF produced target markets by sponsoring a particular aircraft throughout the touring season. Executive sponsors may share billing in this particular category but enjoy premium visibility and exposure in this cost effective, second position billing.

AIRSHO & Air shows (Benefits)

  • 1000 tickets usable for CAF AIRSHO season.
  • 500 VIP entry passes usable for selected AIRSHOs.
  • Chalet privileges (where available).
  • Premium parking and hospitality service. (where available)

Media Exposure & Visibility

  • Executive sponsor logo in all CAF visual and printed media where CAF logo is displayed for promotion of AIRSHO.
  • Exception of in-house publications and collateral materials. This includes, but is not limited to: tv, film, video, internet, commercials, industrials, press release footage, trailers, presentations, newspapers, magazines, programs, weeklies, monthlies, quarterlies, billboards or direct mail. (one Year).
  • Executive sponsor mention in vocal media where CAF AIRSHOs are promoted (one year). Includes, but is not limited to: radio, seminars, conferences, and live appearances.
  • Executive sponsor promotional and/or hospitality booth at selected AIRSHOs.
  • One full-page, one half-page four-color ad in CAF’s quarterly magazine Dispatch (one Year).
  • One full page, one half-page b&w ad in CAF’s monthly newsletter Contrails (one Year).
  • One full-page, one half-page color ad in CAF’s official AIRSHO program.
  • Executive sponsor website links on all sponsored AIRSHOs.
  • Executive sponsor link on official CAF website.
  • Executive sponsor placement and signage at awards, banquets and affairs where CAF promotes AIRSHO. Size and location equitable to all Executive Sponsors.
  • Photo and press opportunities as they arise with: any/all invited celebrities and/or publicly known figures retained to aid, support promote or promulgate CAF goals and objectives.

Warplanes Rides/Charter & Corporate Retreat Program

  • Executive sponsor entitled to (12.50) Twelve and one half hours of rides and/or transport (charter) in available CAF historic aircraft (Type of aircraft, itinerary, location of craft and application to be determined.
  • Use of CAF facilities as available (hangars, conference, banquet, classrooms) (limit 2X per year).
  • Behind the ropes tour of the CAF hangar.

A National Executive sponsor contracts for the second position based on exposure to direct audiences of 500,000 people at $3.00 per head. $1,500,000 for entire circuit or $3.00 per head - per show attendance. Touring aircraft exposure to all sources estimated at 10,000,000.
