National Title Sponsor

Title sponsor of CAF produced AIRSHO contracts for premium position of “Master Billing” name before title of that CAF show. For example, FINA-CAF AIRSHO 2006 or FINA PRESENTS- CAF AIRSHO 2006.

The Title sponsor fortifies the infrastructure of the CAF, ensuring that administrative, advertising, marketing and promotional plans can be implemented quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Title sponsors may choose to be exclusive or non-exclusive, meaning that they may choose to be “Title Sponsor” on ALL CAF produced AIRSHOs that season or may be selective in their choice of shows, depending on their promotional needs. Exclusive Title Sponsors enjoy both the benefit of branding a particular event, and the right of first refusal in the future.

AIRSHO & Air shows (Benefits)

  • 8000 tickets usable for CAF AIRSHO season.
  • 2000 VIP entrance passes usable for selected AIRSHOs.
  • Chalet privileges at selected AIRSHOs (where available).
  • Premium parking and hospitality service. (where available).

Media Exposure & Visibility

  • Title sponsor logo in all CAF visual and printed media where CAF logo is displayed for promotion. Exception of inhouse publications and collateral materials. This includes, but is not limited to: television, film, video, internet, commercials, industrials, press release footage, trailers, presentations, newspapers, magazines, programs, weeklies, monthlies, quarterlies, billboards or direct mail.   • Title sponsor mention in all vocal media where CAF AIRSHOs are promoted (one year). This includes, but is not limited to: radio, seminars, conferences, and live appearances.
  • Title sponsor promotional and/or hospitality booth at selected AIRSHOs.
  • Four full-page, four-color ads in CAF’s quarterly magazine Dispatch (one year) ($1 million or more).
  • Four full page, b&w ads in CAF’s monthly newsletter Contrails (one year) ($1 million or more).
  • Four full-page, color ads in CAF’s official AIRSHO program. ($1 million or more).
  • Title sponsor website links on all sponsored AIRSHOs.
  • Title sponsor link on official CAF website.
  • Title banner placement at awards, banquets and affairs where CAF promotes AIRSHO.
  • Photo and press opportunities as they arise with: any/all invited celebrities and/or publicly known figures retained to aid, support promote or promulgate CAF goals and objectives.

Warplanes Rides/Charter & Corporate Retreat Program

  • Title sponsor ($1 million or more in sponsorship) entitled to (25) Twenty-Five hours of rides and/or transport (charter) in available CAF historic aircraft (Type of aircraft, itinerary, location of craft and application to be determined. Signed hold harmless forms required).
  • Use of CAF facilities at Midland International Airport as available (hangars, conference, banquet, classrooms) (limit 4X per year).
  • Behind the ropes tour of the CAF hangar.

A National Title Sponsor contracts for the coveted premium position based on exposure to direct audiences of 500,000 people at $4.00 per head. $2,000,000 for entire circuit or $4.00 per head - per show attendance.
